Aside from his sculptures, Peter Senoner presents drawings engraved on perfect wood backgrounds, delicately rendered using graphite, crayons and watercolours. His sculptures, some of which life-size, are mostly completed first in wood, then fused in aluminium or white lacquered bronze. Central to his work is the exploration of the human body, its beauty and its fragility, as well as its capacity to transform itself, balanced between the artificial and the mechanical.
