Set in the space of Galleria Doris Ghetta, Everywhere you go there you are is the first solo exhibition of Sophie Hirsch in Milan, a young Viennese artist who examines the difficulties of social interactions and the ways in which human relationships influence our psychosomatic well-being.

Everywhere you go there you are welcomes visitors in a hybrid and ambiguous environment, somewhere between living room and waiting room, where the colours of the furniture are appealing while their shapes suggest a rejecting sense of discomfort. A feeling of inadequacy that Sophie Hirsch obsessively pursues in her practice, creating environments and devices that act a slight and imperceptible, yet uncomfortable tension on bodies.
